Equipped with a Siemens PID controller and brand-name electrical components, it integrates circulating refrigeration, heating, and drying functions. The system achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±0.01°C, supports stable operation across a wide temperature range of -80°C to 200°C, and delivers an ultra-low dry dew point down to -70°C. This effectively eliminates condensation in chambers, protecting precision components such as chips and wafers from moisture damage.
The unit features multiple safety protections including high-pressure, overload, and overtemperature safeguards, ensuring high operational stability. It also supports RS485 communication for seamless connection to host computers, enabling remote monitoring and automated system integration.
