The K245 Integrated High-Low Temperature Control System (Chiller) is a high-end temperature control equipment designed specifically for semiconductor manufacturing and precision industrial temperature control applications. It achieves a temperature control accuracy of ±0.01°C and supports stable operation across a wide temperature range of -80°C to 200°C.
