Applications of PI Materials in Industrial Sealing and Wear-Resistant Components
Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, high PV‑value, low-friction, long-life sealing and wear‑resistant applications.
- High-Temperature Seals: Long-life energy‑storage sealing rings, piston rings, thrust washers, and sealing rings (stable over the long term from –200°C to 350°C; non‑soluble at high temperatures; self‑lubricating and wear‑resistant).
- Wear-resistant bearings / valve seats: graphite-modified A-PI-350-21 bearings, valve seats, bushings, and wear-resistant sliding blocks (friction coefficient of 0.24, high PV rating for wear resistance, and low water absorption).
- General-purpose wear parts: thermal insulation components, separator claws, glass bottle holders, thrust bearings, and wear-resistant support components (oil‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant, dimensionally stable, and easy to machine).
