Applications of PI Materials in the New Energy and Transportation Sectors

It meets the insulation, sealing, wear resistance, and lightweighting requirements of new-energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage systems, and rail transit.

  • New energy vehicles: motor insulation components, battery separator substrates, insulating bases for high-voltage connectors, and wear-resistant parts for battery packs (withstanding temperatures of 200°C+ and self-extinguishing flame retardancy).
  • Photovoltaics / Energy Storage: flexible substrates for solar cells, sealing components for energy storage batteries, and insulating parts for inverters (radiation‑resistant, with a service life five times that of epoxy resin).
  • Rail Transit: High-speed train bearing cages, insulating shims, and wear-resistant components for braking systems (stable performance from –50°C to 250°C, low noise, and excellent wear resistance).
